Updated COVID-19 policy based on the newest CDC guidance:
- Masking recommendations will be based on the CDC's COVID-19 Community Level, which can be found on their website. At this time our community level is low. People may choose to mask at any time. People with symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should wear a mask.
- For Appointments: We will continue to offer both curbside and in person appointments. Bring a cell phone with you to your appointment. Call from your vehicle when you arrive. If you would like an in person appointment, a technician will meet you at your vehicle to escort you inside when your room is ready. If you would like a curbside appointment, a technician will check you in over the phone and then meet you at your vehicle to bring your pet inside. We will continue curbside service for all technician and outpatient appointments.
- For Food and Medication Refills: We will continue curbside service for food and medication pick ups as well. Call when you arrive at the office. A technician will collect your payment and bring your items to your vehicle. Please continue to call at least 24 hours in advance for refills.
- As always, if you are calling the office because you are here for a scheduled appointment, or to pick up medications or food, please keep calling us until you get through. If you are calling for another reason please leave a message and we will return your call when we are able.
